i absolutely love serial experimetens lain, it doesnt make sense but its good

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: if you're into action adventure with a little bit of like supernatural elements.
Neon Genisis Evangelion: A sci-fi mecha action anime with themes of philosophy and human nature, though it does have slice of life moments.
Lain: Similar to neon genesis in themes but it has more mystery to it and is more of a technological sci-fi.
