I always had bad experience (Mostly sexual assault and abuse) with homeless men in drugs. I always have fear of them when I see them in the traffic light corners requesting money or finding things in the trash. They are so freaky when they're in drugs, acting like they were in an unreal situation unintentionally. They're the "crazy men from the downtown".
