I hate cramps i cant move AAAAAAAAAAAA I HATE IT MAKE IT STOPP

Im so so sorry >m< those do hurt. I swear they always be attacking me too…

Heres a few tips ^.^

-I lay flat on my tummy and put something between me and my bed to put pressure on where I’m cramping, like a pillow or stuffie. Make sure you can prop yourself up, and grab your phone and play around a bit!

-hydrate, Hydrate, HYDRATE, HYDRATEEEE!!!! Cramps worsen when ur dehydrated! D:

-Make sure to give yourself proper sustenance and nutrients. I suggest fruits such as bananas, strawbs, and blueberries! I used it while I was cramping once and omg it worked like clockwork

-Put relaxing candle smells. Relaxing your brain can help relax your muscles!

-epsom bath salts! Specifically ones that relieve muscle tension! ^^

-I defiantly recommend eingemachtes (especially with matzo balls!). Whenever I’m cramping, and eingemachtes is cooked, it always settles my belly ^_^

-Take a nap. Fatigue can make muscle cramps worse! Nap, if you must.

-Avoid caffeine (this one is hard for the caffeine addicts like me lmfao), but it actually makes cramps WORSE!

-Take little bites, and chew carefully, big bites may result in slow digestion and can make you feel all icky >~<

-Treat yourself! Chocolate, or any other cravings is not shameful when you are literally miserable and suffering dude, take care of your cravings. You deserve only the best!
