Hey SpaceSleepers (31): Still Suspended Off of Twitter
It has been basically a month since my suspension off of the accursed twitter platform. Most people tell me that I should be overjoyed considering it would mean that I would be less likely to open it now that my main account has been consumed however I have been opening it only a little bit less. Instead, I have been sending countless tickets to Twitter support to unsuspend my account. What truly urks me the most about this situation is that my almost eight year old first account on the platform got suspended for "evading suspension" meaning they think I created it after a previous account got suspended. I have had, again, no prior accounts. In fact I made this account when I was thirteen turning fourteen, so I was genuinely too young to have made one before that account.
If you asked me, I believe that my account was suspended for retweeting pro-Palestine tweets and Twitter is genuinely allergic to progressive beliefs that are even a little controversial. You can be just short of demanding the evisceration of an entire race of minorities, but the moment that you call someone "cis" without censoring it, you get suspended. I hope I get my account back, but I might not and I will attempt to explore other methods of getting it back, I am being so genuine. (07/07/2024).
While I do agree with the sentiment it's probably for the best that you leave there forever, it's always unfortunate to have lost something you spent so long with.
I do hope you were able to keep contact with your friends after the fact
Yeah, honestly I am genuinely very bummed out to lose quite a few connections and people I messaged there. I will try to find a way to contact them again but is genuinely such a doozy of a situation. I was only staying there for the friends I did have there but I'm getting some of them to move here too.
