Original characters

I really like making ocs in the middle of the night and assigning them one trait like the fact that they have a TV head (my favorite one) and just plopping them into this vague world. There’s no established rules for this world except for the fact that it is a valid genetic trait to have Vault Boy eyes just so I don’t have to draw standard eyes :)
