Book Reading: The Paris Apartment

Today, I am sharing a French meal with the main character of this book. The meal includes: 2 croissants, coffee with Carmel Macchiato creamer and of course...a cigarette lol My local library has a book club that I have joined and this is the book we are reading. It is easy to read and has a nice flow. I'll keep you posted on what I think about it after I've read it.

**UPDATE

This book is around 400 pages and the way the author creates suspense is by using all those pages to finally get to the BIG moment. TBH....I didn't like it. The way the book is constructed gives each character multiple mini chapters and they all end with "something something....no one can find out my secret." The one saving grace is that the BIG moment was a surprise. Anyway....I give it a 3/5 stars.
