Here's what I can tell you: presuming you haven't begun college yet, whatever degree you take, there's no guarantee you'll stick with it. Now, I want to underline that I am not claiming you will change majors completely; that does not happen for everyone. But it happens a lot; when I entered college in 2020, I was majoring in history; in 2025, I will graduate with a communications degree and a minor in Film Studies. A completely different career path at a different college inside my university. Something to bear in mind.
Another thing you may do is contact your academic advisor, if you have one; you should be able to find this information on your school's website under the accepted students log in. You can check to see if your college offers a music minor in addition to your psychology major. IF you were to go down that path.
I understand your stress; I've been there many times, but remember that it's alright not to have everything figured out. I'm 22 and still don't. I hope this helps!

first off this was me in 2021, thinking about my career options so this was relatable.
secondly, have you heard of ken jeong? the comedian? the guy in community? i saw a vox autocomplete interview and he actually is a doctor (has a medical degree) and still working as a comedian. different jobs, but what i'm saying is that, if you know your limits, you can be that some of the rare people that get the best of both worlds.
and thirdly, this was something the radio host i love said about this topic. (he is also a singer-songwriter.) i'm roughly paraphrasing here but he said that art isn't necessarily something that you have to be "taught", and that although getting formal education is good, it's also okay to start doing your own thing and learning on your own.
so yeah, i hope you figure out a career path that works for you and i hope this helped you in considering some of those career options <3
