my sister's boyfriend likes chocolate chip cookies that are chewy on the inside but crispy on the outside — and you may be asking — ally, why does that matter ? are you crazy ?
well — the answer is yes i'm crazy — but i also love to bake for my family !! when my sister first introduced me to her previous boyfriend, i made him peanut butter cookies because he enjoyed those, and it gave me sibling points (half joke) !!
so now, i need to scour (is that how you spell it ?) the web for a good cookie before he flys back to my country, and it's going to be a lot of trial and error, but it'll be worth it !!
end result ; (hopefully) a good cookie recipe for my recipe book & a happy family member !!
