Study tips

If you are a lazy person:

"Pomodoro Technique"

-Study for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. Repeat this cycle four time and then take a longer break (10-15 minutes).

"Flashcards"

-Create and use flashcards for important terms and concepts (it can be digital).

"Use audiobooks or podcast"

-This is an "untraditional" method, you can listen podcast about the topic you're going to study (you can search on youtube or spotify).

If you get distracted easily:

"Eliminate Distractions"

-Study in a quiet place.

-Create an space only to study.

"Set timers"

-Use timers to keep you on your track.

"Take care of your physical needs"

-Bring a bottle of water to study.

-Eat before studying.
