Death III

In shadows deep, death’s tender grasp does wait,

An embrace of night, a fate we contemplate.

Silent whispers beckon, secrets they unveil,

As stars dim their light, and earthly ties grow pale.

Eternal slumber calls, a tranquil, gentle swoon,

A realm unknown, where sorrows meet the moon.

Yet in this shroud of darkness, a spark does gleam,

A promise of peace, a hope within the dream.

For life and death entwine, a dance of yin and yang,

In the cosmic tapestry, their harmony does hang.

In this embrace of shadows, a journey we begin,

Finding solace and release, as the cycle spins.
