Question for art fight users!

So I’m a new user at art fight, I decided to join because I thought it was cool when I was looking on Tumblr and I saw a bunch of Tumblr users join art fight. I was going to publish one of my characters onto art fight until I see a content filter, I’m not really smart on these kind of things but is the checkmark supposed to mean that you can draw these things or that you can’t? I also see that the ones with suggestive topics like nsfw is not allowing me to checkmark which I think is understandable because I am a minor, but could someone please tell me if the checkmark means that people can draw certain things or not?
