These are the most scariest moments in my life, I'm crying

Almost 2 years ago I have a neighbor, a freaky neighbor... he is the son of an enterprise CEO, the problem is that he has schizophrenia after an enormous trauma, but he can't control his disease so he's dangerous. IDK  what things he sees but first was walking outside with his penis on air and then walked outside fully naked, finally every time he went to the grocery store close to my house told delusions about fuck the daughter of one of the store's owners; the police tried to stop him but he's very fat so he used his strength to escape from the police like a fucking monster. Now is going sometimes to the psyquiatric hospital but every time I see him walking outside I get scared not just because of the dangerous he can be, else because I want a partner who protect me, I WANT MANIFEST ZERO IRL.
