tamagotchi rants ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪

okay so i have recently started collecting tamagotchis after being interested in them from a distance for a while and there is sooo much involved! rn i have a pix and an original remake tama and a fake one (LOL) but i have an order from JYW that should be shipping soon! i wanted to get the tamagotchis that are still being produced rn so that im not buying them w crazy inflated prices online.... but omfg ive seen prices go up sm and so quick. like i was looking at maybe getting a connection v3 or v4 before they announced the remakes and prices werent that bad, most under 100 euro which is my currency on ebay and even cheaper on mercari. obv the things being sold on those websites are always changing but i feel like theres been like a massiveeee raise in prices in only a month ??? or maybe im crazy LOL anyway i would still love to get a vintage connection at some point but my sibling is buying me one as a late bday present when the remakes come out which is so nice! i think i'll get the rainbow one at first and then maybe pick up the melon soda one at some point. i also think the pearlflower japan release one is sooo pretty so ill have to see if they end up selling it on jyw pray for me LOL.

anyway the order i have coming soon is for the 25th anniversary smart which is soo pretty its all glittery and cute and it comes with a little book with all the tamas EVER in it which i am SOOOO excited about!!!! it also comes w the party smart card if i remember correctly and i think smart cards are a cool idea for dlc but idk the way they function seems a bit of a scam to me.... the only one i really want is the music one bc it has my fav; melodytchi!!

i'm also getting two evatchis bc i watched neon genesis evangelion recently and it affirmed every weird thought ive ever had LOL and the evatchis are pretty and they were cheap as well!! i saw secondhand miku nanos selling for like 50 euro which is crazy theyre not even that old and not much content. the item im most excited for is the sanrio uni tho which i preordered in may and bc of that the rest of my items havent shipped bc theyre all shipping together </3 STILL im so excited bc i dont rlly like the look of unis too much but the sanrio one i thought was pretty cute. ofc all these tamas will be in japanese LOL so i rq started learning and i can read hiragana and katakana so i'm hoping i'll be able to figure out a lot of the vocab and kanji in the tamas and get to a level where i can use them bc i dont have time to learn a whole nother language LOL. also i dont really get how the uni tickets work, do they only work until a certain time???? im still super excited to get them and im so happy im finally indulging in a hobby LOL im trying to hold back from other consumerism and mostly buying secondhand and stuff bc i dont want to be going crazy but ik tamas give me a lot of joy and i know i will use them and everything. so excited!!! do any of ye guys like tamagotchis or are interested in collecting?? lmk i would love to have other collector friends!
