Hello!

Hello! I'm Salmoon, also known as Moon. I'm a Filipino artist who unfortunately procrastinates a lot. You can check my works through my links in my profile here! I'm also a bisexual guy, and masculine-presenting (but currently I'm trying to experiment with fashion!).

I like anime, manga, art, music, and videogames just like any nerd out there. I especially like anime with good world-building and/or casts with great chemistry like Toradora, Sakurasou, Nichijou, Bakuman, Eizouken, Osomatsu-san, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Dungeon Meshi and Campfire Cooking. I also love fighting games like Tekken, CvS2, MvC2, and UNIST as well as survival horror videogames like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, Rule of Rose, etc.

I'm trying to watch more Filipino movies and series, starting from 90s romance classics by Jolina Magdangal, Claudine Baretto, Sarah Geronimo, and Bea Alonzo, as well as classic Filipino movies like Himala, Anak, Ekstra, etc. I also love horror and/comedy slasher movies! I've been recently into the works of Black Sheep production like "Marahuyo Project" (I LOVE THIS), "I Am Not Big Bird", "Alone/Together", "Third World Romance" and "Marupok AF". Other worthy mentions would be "Para sa Broken Hearted" (2018), The Outsiders (1983), Saving Sally (2016), I'm Drunk, I Love You (2017), Ang Manananggal Sa Unit 23B (2016) and Your Name Engraved Herein (2020).

For my tastes in music, I appreciate a wide variety of genres but I mostly gravitate to OPM, pop, shoegaze, and rock. I've been recently into OPM movie/show soundtracks like the "F.L.A.M.E.S. The Movie", "GIMIK The Reunion", and "Labs Kita... Okey Ka Lang?" and cheesy songs similar to Sugar High, and "Crush" by Tweens of Pop. I also LOVE My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Chappell Roan, Olivia Rodrigo, Yeng Constantino, Kitchie Nadal, Moonstar88, Mojofly, Frank Ely, Zild, Cup of Joe, The Ridleys, Ang Bandang Shirley, Jolina Magdangal, Cueshe, Alamat, BINI, and VXON. I also listen to KPOP idols such as Red Velvet, TripleS, NewJeans, B1A4, 4minute, SNSD, and etc.

It features great heartwarming stories about queer experiences, with romance, drama, and comedy. It is in Filipino, but it has English captions if you're a non-Filipino speaker. ^^
