let me tell you a bit about my case
- have spent almost all my childhood on the net, yep
- basically used video games as social media, met people, friends there, etc
- ended up with very close friends, whom I'd share every single tiny little bit of every single meme I'd saw, random song lyrics, what I was doing, educating them on a fav series lore, ;-;
it was starting to get annoying for them, ya get me if you've gone through this too.
So what I did is my own personal private chat with an imaginary friend!! How? On blogger. Probably, the easiest, most custom way. It ends up looking like an instagram chat. Whenever I have the urge of going and share my random gibberish I just send it here, I can look at the page, reread the chat, just like I used to do. But,,,, helping myself and others deleting my 1000+ chat pings to my friends. So yeah :D. Also, this helped me to reduce the amount of brain rot I had. Not to mention to delete the sound hallucinations and anxiety of "uh-oh I shouldn't have told them this, what if they perceive me as weird??????"
A blog in blogger is 100% anonymous, plus, you get to see if anyone has ever entered and where they r from 💀 u can even "hide it from the public search".
There are similar apps for creating a chat with yourself. But I use computer mostly, and there aren't very effective chat-like memo apps that accomplish this.
The best part is that blogger is easy to understand if you start using it a day or two. You can make it home, by adding a "daily image", or tags. This was what I did. I recommend using the "advanced mode" so you can delete certain timestamps, or buttons and make it more chat-like. Also, after trying out different themes, the best one is Picture Window theme.
Why not use twitter, Tumblr, etc?
restrictions.
I type a word, or even a letter per message if I'm in extreme yapping mode. Twitter, and other blogging platforms have a limit of posts per minute. Not to mention they do focus on outreach, show you views, likes, etc. and it can make you to adjust to whatever gives u more views and followers. It's also much more distracting, as it contains a feed... This is more like your own, personal bin to feel secure and put EVERY single of your stuff.

Blogger is not necessarily 100% anonymous, but you can create a private blog (with a password or something).
I remember I used to love making blogs and just sharing random things in them, like a bunch of gifs or my Stardoll outfits.
What you can also try is writing on a real notebook. It will help you reduce the crashing train of thought and process the information better without too many distractions. (and you can even doodle on the sides)
