My phone battery has been so quickly draining these past week or so, more and more as the days pass. It seems like it just consumes itself. When I first noticed, it was because it was simply draining within 3 hours of its previous full charge, which was noticeable enough considering the average usage with the screen on used to be about 7 - 10 hours without charging. I actually rarely saw my phone drop below 65% until recent weeks because of how often I was just on top of keeping the battery high, even if not exactly the full 100 percent. I don't want to buy a new phone as I bought this phone at the literal tail-end of December 2022, plus especially since there is a strike on new purchases of items using cobalt. It's a shorter time period than I had my previous phone and I know it's corny to care that much but I am an overall sentimental person. In the end, I have decided to just bite the bullet and go to Best Buy to perhaps get a diagnostic and maybe see if I can get them to figure out the issue and hopefully fix it.
