The internet cannot, and will not ever be catered to you. You have to make an effort to block the people you hate so you see more content you like.

Nobody said that. You're simply unable to understand nuanced ideas (such as, internet safety is fucking real, and children should not be sharing personal information about themselves online. EVER.)... which is probably due to a lack of media literacy skills, and some cognitive dissonance.
No ppl are fr posting if you get groomed it's your fault or if you're hypersexual and you get groomed it's your fault. That's not a nuanced idea, that's just straight up victim blaming.
