i’ve never really been good at diaries, so i might as well start with lists.
accomplished today —
1. basic circuit workout
2. rockport test + 20 min brisk warmup
3. ate healthy lol
4. only played fortnite for 3 hours
goals for tomorrow —
1. 13k steps
2. less snacking overall
3. successful haircut
4. call the recruiter in my area
long story short, i couldn’t have predicted where i’d be now honestly. in elementary school, i wanted to be a firefighter, and in high school i had decided i was going to be a nurse. yet here i am, plotting with my father on how i might be most successful on breaking the news to my mother that i plan to enlist in the military. how things change, indeed.
p.s. if anyone has tips on improving push-up technique, i am ALL ears
