to learn how to edit css you can use https://www.w3schools.com/
also this is how you can change the background your profile and even set it as a gif! https://i.postimg.cc/yxvnxrvJ/firefox-a-WKr-F8-ENCk.png just change the URL to whatever image you want! make sure its a direct link to the image/gif tho!
