How to use your computer without having to sign into a Windows account

This works on 23H2 - the most recent version of Windows 11

At any point from when it asks you to set your language during the initial setup wizard, press the following keys:

(LEFT) SHIFT + F10 at the same time

A Command Prompt window will open up.

Type "oobe\bypassro" and then press [ENTER]

The system will restart and bring you back to the setup wizard.

You will now have the "I don't have internet" option appear on the wifi selection screen that was previously not there. 

Select "I don't have internet". 

You will then be able to create a Local account without having to use a Microsoft Account.
