My theories:
1st Theory: You know how in TV, movies, books, etc always depict aliens as intelligent? well what if they weren't, like let's hypothetically say if aliens are real they wouldn't be "smart" like us humans, but they would be in a normal animal similar to something like a dog, cow, lion, whatever or a fish
2nd Theory: Say aliens are real but since they are light years away, they wouldn't be in the same time frame as us since time doesn't really exist in space so say if an alien were to come to earth they would be years behind us or years ahead of us, like say they came here and were currently in prehistoric times
3rd Theory: Say after earth ends there most likely will never be another planet like earth or a planet with any life in general and we are a once in a lifetime thing
4th Theory: There was a point in time billion some years ago where earth didn't have life at all, it was just a normal planet, there was a slight chance where life could of never have appeared at all
5th Theory: The universe/earth will end, and it will restart over and over, you and me could've actually existed multiple times without knowing and that's why we have deja vu
6th Theory: Instead of being reincarnated into a different body every time, your soul keeps getting reincarnated into the same body over and over
7th Theory: God isn't anything, it's either just a blinding bright light or darkness, or the universe is our god, or maybe even the earth is
8th Theory: Say when you're getting ready to die you imagine where you're going after death and you think about heaven, reincarnation, whatever you believe in you go there because you thought about it like how when you think about something before you fall asleep you dream about that thing

3rd: Gaia Hypothesis
4th: Quantum Theory
5th: Dark Forest Theory
I'm too lazy to explain these so if you are curious google it please
