Perchance if the contestants of the show were paired up and informed different things, like one person is told someone's going to "die/get eliminated" trying to run off, whereas the other contestant is told it's a puzzle and stick around.

would be a bit boring, maybe instead of talking in general, it could be talking in the persons native language
