ICQ Free on NINA and Escargot until July 1st!

Remeber ICQ? Well if you don't or never used it, it was a instant messenging app from the 2000s

ICQ just shut down for good earlier this month, but here is where the NINA and Escargot project come in.

For those of you who don't know, NINA and Escargot are a organization dedicated to preserving these old Instant Messaging apps from the 90s-2000s to the modern day. Currently they are testing out their alpha for ICQ and UNTIL JULY 1st, 2024 you can get it for free without donating!

You just need to make a NINA account, follow the instructions on the site to set up ICQ and boom you're all set

ICQ not your style? Well Escargot and NINA have all kinds of IM apps, MSN messenger, Yahoo messenger, and AOL/AIM are all up and running (AOL/AIM are donators only)
