HELP I THINK I MIGHT'VE MADE MYSELF PARANOID

I watched a few videos on how the Internet's dying, how the IA might get taken down, how animations as old as about half the userbase on here (including myself) and older as well as games, books, and movies will get turned into lost media, and how AI's gonna kill us. Think I got paranoid from watching those, don't recommend watching those kinds of videos if you got OCD like me especially if it's semi-crippling!
