I realized it's a lot harder to find a connection between ppl who may not be artists. Also there are way too many minors up in here.
If you're a minor reading this, please be careful with the adults you reach out to chitchat... like just don't. If you got adults talking to you, I'm sorry but they're creeps off rip. You will either be asked intimate ass questions or tried to be controlled. The attention of an adult is the last thing you want to crave. It's pathetic on the adult to stop what they're doing to converse with you. It's embarrassing.
I'm having flashbacks to when I was 13 and was messaging a grown ass UK dude in fanfic.net. He wanted to be my boyfriend and I had the common sense to be like dude.. I'm 13, no. It's unsettling.
Like, focus on your homework and try to go to school clubs or something. ANYTHING. At the very least, talk to other like aged kids. and to be very honest- you and I have literally have nothing in common. Like sorry if that's hurtful to say! I don't need a minor crying for being rejected, it's not a huge deal. I already got 2 getting upset at me for doing that and that's the last time I'm even letting that go past my radar. It's my bad for not putting my boundaries as quick as I should have. I'm mad at myself for that.
It's just aggravating at this point lol all this shit reminds me of when I was 15 and on the internet except my depressed ass teen friends were worrying the fuck out of me. I don't have to revisit that. I don't want to- point blank.
This is also an open letter to adults to not even fuck with idea of conversing with minors. It's weird!! If you really want to be some role model for them- it's still weird to cut time in your day to life coach a teen on the internet. Turn them to their parents or other adults they may trust in their life.
Let's remember that the internet is not a place to let loose your morals. It will resurface. So act like you got some sense.
