vampire zombie alligators want my toes

This took place at a weird version of a house a used to live in. The area was swampy and there was a canal right by the one story house. The yard was kind of big and the house had a porch, but the creepiest area was the left side of the house where the driveway was. It had a metal fence blocking in what I assume was AC and a little window that peeked into the half bath, but the creepy part was that it bordered the neighbors dilapidated house. There was a wooden fence separating us, but going to that little AC area always left me feeling watched. The neighbors had twin girls who would jump on a trampoline, their eyes peering over that wooden fence Fred style.

In the dream I can remember setting up a camping canopy, putting out a table, and some chairs like we were camping in that driveway area. My brothers were there and we were playing with our cousins when someone started freaking out. There were alligators that weren't really alligators inching closer to wherever the cheap lanterns lights didn't reach. Someone got nabbed and that when shit went down. While it was turning into a blood bath my seven year old self climbed atop the car, absolutely panicking and trying to keep my two little brothers safe behind me from those alligators. Then I heard them. The twin girls were popping up over the fence, calling out for us.

Somehow they convinced us to make a run for the wooden fence, the alligators hot on our tails. My little brothers thankfully got over but I was too late. I was trapped in the AC block, alligators and now zombies fighting to get to me oddly enough. Now, I was rightfully flipping the fuck out so I did the only logic thing.

Throw a red sand bucket at them.

Using that distraction, I climbed through the now open tiny bathroom window and flicked on the lights because duh, they can't touch the light. Fucking vampire zombie alligators.

I'd woken up by then, having reached safety. But Christ Almighty I have so many dreams in that creepy ass place.
