You have to past the link when you press the little picture button. But not directly from the website. (If you post on a website like Twitter or DA). Open the image in a new tab and copy the link there. Then past it into the box.
If you don't post on websites then I would recommend making an imgur account or another one of the image storage websites account and follow the steps above.
