FVCKED UP RELATIONSHIPS AT 13YO

I HAVE A THEORY that when u have a partner when you are 13yo, It's either funny and careless relationship or literal hell for you. I'm talking from experience. I had a bf with who i was hanging out with friend group and it was a typical teen/preteen relationship. And then, after few months I was with a person who ruined me mentally. Like telling things like "I will kms that night" was a daily routine to him. I was fucking worried, and then he would not reply for the rest of the night, just to tell me at maybe 7am that he fell asleep like normal. He left me for a girl who convinced him to try "double suicide"(?) with her. I want to know if you think that my theory can be real, share ur experience if you want
