hi guys!! i wanted 2 write about pride, which was saturday (6/22). i went with a friend who introduced me to his friend group, & everyone was rlly nice. i felt rlly included :) 

we walked around, it was MASSIVE & hot. tons of booths from dif organizations, drink stands and food trucks, free stuff, people selling art, etc. i had a salad with falafel for lunch, which was a good idea bc it didnt make me feel too full or sick. 

i drank a ton of water & put on sunscreen three times thru out the day!!!!!! i think i still got some sun, but i’d like to tan a bit so its ok. :)

we met up with lots of people thru out the day & about half of our group left after a few hours. that left me with 3 girls who were so nice. i think we rlly connected, & we took pics & got each others phone numbers. 

my friends came later in the day & i met up with them. my friends who is 21 got me a drink, a vodka redbull, but it wasnt mixed & was NASTY lol. i had about half of it & it did the trick 💃 i was so much more outgoing, i made friends & complimented people, which was so nice!! i got lots of peoples instagrams. 

i got a pimento mac n cheese melt from a food truck for dinner. a lot of them were closed or had run out of food, so my options were limited but it was still yummy!! i met two girls in line for food, lydnsey & diana i believe, & they were awesome. 

then my friends & i ubered to an 18+ queer club. we got there an hour after they opened & the dance floor was almost empty!!! it was so fun to dance around without bumping into people. i met an older woman, angela, who was fun. a man in a cowboy hat was checking me out but never said hi. he tipped his cowboy hat at me & i didnt see him for the rest of the night LOL

a man named anthony gave me & my friends glowstick bracelets & bought us a drink. a pretty girl let me try her cigarette, it wasnt nearly as bad as i expected, but im not gonna make a habit of it, lol. 

i ended up crying at the end of the night just bc i was drunk & a lot was going on. i was so tired. but we left, i got home around 2am, & i passed the freak out LOL.
