Overwhelmed

Sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed. People stress me out a lot. I do okay on my own, though. Does anyone have good tips to be less anxious and restless? I use music sometimes and I like to disconnect from people. Sometimes yelling helps.

Music and shouting within an appropriate space are good outlets. Another one is to attempt to relax your body, and just shake out everything. It may seem rather silly, but shaking your legs, arms, hips, head, everything, can help release tension and stress in general. I do hope it helps you, my friend.
