as the title suggest, this is a file entry for my very very ambitious story about political national warfare surrounding overmilitarization of mechas in a post-extinction world with pseudo-religious themes. as of more deeper themes, its about abandoning one's humanity. basically something surrounding mankind's contempt against the natural order. as of right now, the story is going nowhere as im only world building. using these "classified file" formats help me keep the worldbuilding notes in one continuous word file.
the story takes heavy inspiration from evangelion, FLCL, Death stranding, Metal gear solid, GITS, AKIRA, Project Wingman, Deus Ex and by extension, cruelty squad.
just felt like i needed to post this... lol. i have other files and such but it definitely would be very long!! the "messengers of the stars" a robot race of androids made completely out of electrically conductive flesh and mimic humans and "The Nation In the Stars" a nation built on the moon on the idea of emergency evacuations and mining colonies as mechanical engineering requires higher electrical conductivity for faster industrial processing and stuff.

May the heavens bless our lands. May heaven’s gate open and flood this world full. Washing away the sins that humanity is built on for their contempt against the natural order has broken the laws of life. kill them. Kill them again. Make them never see the sunshine again.
DECLASSIFIED FILE: HEAVEN FLOODS. CONTAINMENT 1 – LEVEL 1. 1ST “EXTINCTION LEVEL” INCIDENT.
The following provides information to the “Heaven Floods” incident from 2004 through 2010. In 2004, God has cursed us from this land. Flooding and constant thermic rises led to faster defrosting of the land of the ice. Across the world has experienced massive amounts of flooding that has led to submergence of many countries. Micronesia is nowhere to be seen as of now, radio communications has been cut fully and only disturbances could be recorded. Satellite imagery suggest 98% of Micronesia has been submerged under water, from Papua New Guinea all the way to ASEAN countries. For what it seems, flooding for China has completely washed away most of its technological advancements. With the combined rise of thermic levels and world temperatures, South Africa is now off limits. Constant temperature readings between 100C to 300C left people literally “burned alive”. South America is partially intact as Argentina and Chile are only flooded for half. Temperatures fortunately stay somewhat normal as winds pick up more and more from the ocean. Oceania seems to be alive as radio communication is still intact. Unfortunately, satellite imagery suggests half of Australia and most of New Zealand are almost flooded. Russia remains mostly intact. People are left to fend for the scraps.
Conclusion: The world has been cursed; it is now our turn to live in a timeline of reckoning.

Objective: Save The Sanctity of Humanity
Status: Critical Success
DECLASSIFIED FILE: THE RAIN FROM HELL. CONTAINMENT 2 – LEVEL 1. 2nd “EXTINCTION LEVEL” INCIDENT.
THE FOLLOWING DETAILS THE “RAIN FROM HELL” INCIDENT. 200 years after the “heaven floods”, rocks rain from the sky onto the earth leading to worldwide panic. A meeting later attended by every party under the UN’s banner gathered inside the GEOstore, an underground system of tunnels leading from Europe to most of Asia used for preservation of nature previously thought to be lost during the Heaven floods.
The solution? An interconnected underground system of transportation and cities designed for every human need. From this, ideas of cyber computational technology rapidly developed. One of the most important groups for groundbreaking tech, MRIoT (Mechanical Robotic Institute of Technology) is stationed in underground Germany and is known for the “FALSE SUN PROJECT” and “LIGHT SPEED OXYGEN TRANSPORTATION”.
Under the NEW UN banner, now named U2GN (United Underground Nations) many of the nations were able to be rebuilt and run again. As of now, World Peace has been achieved momentarily. With the alliance between The Chinese Empire and Euruskii, Asia was rebuilt it just under 15 years. Making it the fastest developed continent barrier. Oceania was restored to its former glory and connections between Zealand remnants and Australia were tighter than ever.

CLASSIFIED FILE: THE CREATION OF THE CHASSIS
The creation of the chassis under the MRIoT in conjunction with multiple other technological research center were able to create the first “chassis” in Arcadian land. Built as “national defense”, the first chassis model was instead gifted to the U2GN to show the technical marvel as to develop the first ultimate mobile defense weapon that could level nations in hours. It is sworn by members of the U2GN to use the chassis development as to evolve defensive maneuvers towards drifters and messengers.
While the original chassis has become totally obsolete, newer models have popped up around 5 years after the original. The most famous one, the FAST model was a popular choice for its lesser use of materials and faster movement abilities which allows for dodging and maneuverability.
CHASSIS DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: new laws require nations to not exceed the 2 chassis limit. While calling for help from other nations is completely available, it is vital that chassis development does not exceed past 2. The creation of a private chassis army is strictly prohibited and has been sworn in the U2GN.
UPDATE ABOUT THE SITUATION ON THE PACIFIC: from the reports, it seems private military companies have been opening in the Pacific Ocean. We’ve also gotten reports that some are stationing at the Indian ocean. As desperate times call for desperate measures and mercenaries are viable towards war efforts against a nation. Contracts must be sworn in the U2GN with both signage and the owner of said private military company in person, face to face. This is to create the sword oath between two sides to work with each other until end of contract.
PMCs can resume their line of work. WFE (Wing Federation Empire) owned models CANNOT be used against enemies. Doing so, nations can alert WFE as to breaking the terms and will send “personal lawyers” to finish out the process of copyright law and plagiarism. PMCs must create their own models for war instead.
PMCs can only sell mercenaries, NOT chassis models. Chassis models sold to nations will be known as “black market models”. PMC developed chassis models will be turned down from registration and the U2GN and be shunned from ever receiving development in the land of the stars. Comply with these rules and your business may prosper!
He will come again and rapture their souls; humans could never live by themselves. The lives of many will be taken and humanity as we know it may be gone. In the distant stars, drifters and messengers will rummage through and explore this place only to find a world stood still. A lesson to be learned for to not sin.

the final file entry was longer as it was supposed to show how the nations mostly stopped caring about safety and instead still went to war each other. each paragraph contradicted the previous one and safety regulations/rules against chassis models during war were less strict and could now be used against other nations
