is this a good or bad thing???

i used to stay up to like 7 AM every night (last year) and i'd be perfectly energetic and my brain wouldn't be foggy at all but now its 1 AM (this year, this current moment) and i feel like i am goin g to pass out and my brain is nthing but fog every day. my sleep shedcule is imrpoving but i feel tired all the time More than i did before
