Dumbass vent about me venting about questioning reality to much

I sometimes kinda lose it when I question reality to much, that I can't even ponder the question anymore, before I end up with a stupid headache, even talking about it is to much. Just start to question if I should go commit murder, rob and break shit. Like does it fucking matter, kinda blame it on me sleep depriving myself and my dumb hands. I haven't thought about it for few weeks :) till now lol.
