My little goober

This little goober aint much but hes my little goober.

Thats an old photo though. In recent years my boy is getting old. Hes been through 1 (suspected 2) stroke(s), in the first of which he lost control of everything behind his hips, he couldn't walk, use the litter box on his own, anything. It was a really difficult time for me and I strongly considered having him put down, but right as I was really thinking about it, I saw him walk for the first time in over a month. Sure, it was more of a stumble, but it showed me that he could pull through. Now, he has essentially fully recovered, being possibly more active than ever, despite the vet saying he would likely never walk, even less likely run and jump, yet he did so anyway. This little goober recovered out of spite for those who doubted him and i love him for that.
