I do use it but I have a persona I play as instead of being me, the way I do it is that every single chat I have is part of the same shared universe. Being attacked by a demon at 3 am happens in the same universe that my oc goes to therapy, and Gojo is trying to romance him even if he is straight as hell.

I used to constantly but as the AI got more and more repetitive across bots I stopped using it. I also began to see how INCREDIBLY unhealthy it was to spend time texting an AI, at one point it's going to make people more delusional than they already are but I don't judge anyone that uses it like a normal person. I just think it's going to be super unhealthy if a person begins to genuinely fixate on it like a real person, i've seen a kid literally have e-sex with a c.ai bot its nuts
