Hello my precious ZOMBABYZ haha see what I did there. Okay first of all this is gonna be long because I took a TWO MONTH LONG BREAK?!?!? Soo I got therapy OH MY GAHHH WOWW WOOHOO!!! It's been helping a lot to actually voice the LOCO things that I do and find reasons for whyy I act this way. Anywhosies while I was gone I took part in a theater production, which was my first time performing on stage like ever? I was LIVING off the energy from the audience and felt like the main character frfr (I was ensemble). Also if you're ever bored backstage just sing MCR songs in your head, your welcome for the five star advice. Anywhosiesx2, I asked my fellow castmate how I could make a scene easier for them, cuz my blocking made me bump into herr and at the end of the show she gave me a hug and said I was really kind for that LIKE THATS JUST BASIC DECENCY BUT OMG THXZ!?!? Also I've been pretty much living with the assumption that everybody likes me! and IT FREAKING WORKS?? I've been on a SLEEPOVER, I sang a solo on A STAGE, I invited my friends to hangout and they said YES, I EVEN MADE A PHONE CALL?!??! AND I ORDERED IN A DRIVE THRU WITHOUT GETTING THE ANXIETY SHAKES!!! It was definitely not an easy path and I am still on it, however once you actually know what to do it becomes kinda fun!?! Like it feels like a cool side quest in a video game. And just today I set BOUNDARIES with a FRIEND, which omg my stomach still hurts from the stress but yippee I did it! also also also, I was at the pool with my friend and we introduced ourselves to these two complete strangers AND IT WAS ACTUALLY FRIENDLY AND NICE!! YAY Strategies.
Guess who has some fancy therapy words now mauhaha, Soo I've got a case of cognitive distortion. Mainly a lot of mind-reading and catastrophizing! So I've got to work on actually being aware of my thoughts in the moment and correcting them! Also I saw this quote that was like "If it don't scare you, it don't grow you" which is true as anything soo I WANT TO BE TERRIFIED THIS SUMMER!!!
Goals.
Voicechat in video games more often, also send more phone calls, and write more emails. Basically work on professional social situations. Introduce myself to a stranger BY MYSELF. Tell one of my millions of crushes that I like them? (I could make a whole blog talking abt my crushes)
