Feature Recommendation: Increase Availability of Moderation Tools

Dear Staff,
I would like to request a feature that adds, at least in part, the functionality of the little box of links on our profiles to be included in our blog and forum posts, at bare minimum Friend Request and Block User.

I would also like an additional feature of a link to block users immediately during the "Your report has been made" page to help users minimize contact with web detritus.
