Autism and voice tone issues

TL;DR: I used the wrong tone while speaking, need tips (im autistic)

I asked my dad to pick a character for me to draw and disliked the one he suggested. I said no, but said it in a way i didnt mean to. i honestly just wanted him to pick smth else but ruined my chance bc i used an attitude on accident. is this normal? i feel like nobody understands me. i even apologized and told him i didnt mean it like that. my dad, being the way he is, has now been ignoring me for 20 mins 

i feel like the worst kid he cld ever ask for. i fck everything up. all the time. im not trying to.

does anyone know how to control tone of voice better?
