MAKE YOUR BULLETINS LOOK COOL && HAVE LAYOUTS
step 1 :
pick the layout that you want !! its easier to have a smaller layout code .
step 2 :
put said layout code into a website that turns it into one big long line !
link to website
you'll want to set the option to "remove ALL line breaks" .
step 3 :
make a bulletin and click here :
then insert the line of code !
and boom !
now you have a bulletin with a layout

you can also do this with blogs :3

if you already know how to code , and of course , if you want to , you can make your own bulletin layout instead of choosing a random layout !
i suggest going to tommypanzram.neocities.org and choosing the bulletin customization so that way you can not only easily customize a bulletin , but you can select elements that you want to customize , and have an actual live tester !

mine works fine without removing line breaks i don't think that's 100% needed
maybe ,, but i found it easier in bulletins to remove all the lines ^_^
