Greek Mythology Nerd Thing

Random Greek Mythology nerd thought that I had...

I wish I was a character of a Greek story. A tragic one. Like Icarus. I don't know exactly why, but I just love Icarus. I've always been so interested in his story. I love the theories. My favorite theory is that he was in love with Apollo, but they couldn't be together because he was a human and Apollo was a God, and that he died during the flight on purpose, choosing die with the sun melting his wings in honor of Apollo. Its just so intriguing. I wish I was like Icarus. A death that nobody is mad at, because it became such a beautiful story. I'll always love Greek Mythology. I love how it can turn such horrible things into something so beautiful. I love how each story is told and how each one is so interesting. Its just so amazing.
