Wild Blue Adventures

Has anyone ever been in a plane? A biplane to be exact. If not, you should. It was one of the most exhilarating things I've ever done. The classically painted plane, in yellow and blue, with the original stick to use to steer, which I did, by the way. The helmet and goggles were just as classic. I have plenty amazing photos and videos that don't even give you half the feeling I felt.

The pilot, Bill, was awesome. He complimented my Misfits band tee!! He told me I did an amazing job when I steered. We also did aerobatics, like going in loops and something called the "hammerhead" where we go straight up really fast, turn and face down, and go back to normal. He added some fanciness to it, which made it even cooler. We also did barrel rolls, which are always awesome. He told me that if we had 20 more minutes together, he would have taught me how to barrel roll. 

This is one of the coolest and most significant things I've done in my life. It truly is life changing when you go up in the air in an old WWII airplane. The stick is from the 1940s even!! 81 years old. 

If you EVER get the chance to do something as freeing and radical as that, I advise you to do so.
