dose anyone else feel bad for not posting as much as others?

this might just be me but I LOVE alternative social media/ fourm/ social websites 
I love having profiles! its so nice 
but i allmost allways can never keep up because i feel so bad not being as social as i should be.
Id love to be more termanly online but golly i realy do love interacting with loved ones irl and while i DONT love working i also have to do that a LOT soooooo like what am i supoused to do???
even if i HAVE time it feels bad to post so sporaticly even tho i littraly dont have any audiance on any acounts lmaooooo.
idk maybe im just mentaly ill no one realy cares that much i think?
