help pls

so about 1/4 into my sophomore year i was pressured into hitting a vape whenever i hung out with one of my friends friend group. ever since then ive been addicted to nicotine and i legitimately i cant stop. its become really har to go a whole day without taking a hit and i dont wanna be in this situation. i cant tell my mom bcs wheh she figured out i dink my door was taken away and she threatend to kick me out. i wanna stop but cant get the help...... what should i do??
