I'm gonna go on a rant so :p

I've been trying for almost a year to find a job from everything and anything from fast food to retail work to janitorial work. I've gotten back emails saying they rejected my application or no activity at all on all of my active applications, not even a notification that they checked said applications. Every time I go into town I always see “now hiring” posters, but every time I try to apply in person or online…radio silence. It's so frustrating!! I'm not even applying to crazy ass jobs like I'm literally applying for fast food work and such. I don't understand what the problem is! I've had people check my applications to see if it was just me or how I answered questions but no… all my feedback is that everything looks fine and perfect and nothing is wrong >:( Is anyone else having these problems? Because some of my irl friends are also having the same issue.
