You can either buy one, adopt one or try to get a wild one. But experts would tell you that it is not ethical to capture wild BFs, so I would be careful if I were you. Their habitats are usually gaming rooms, arcades, skate parks and even certain music venues, but they can also be found in other places.

Once you have one, make sure he is healthy, happy and well fed. They need to be checked from time to time, but usually don't need much medical attention.
