Losing mind over a forgotten film

I'm usually able to find obscure movies i watched as a kid pretty well, but one still alludes me and it makes me feel crazy because I swear on my mama it was on netflix once, the cover had a fox/wolf in a car with a red scarf

and the movie itself was about the fox/wolf actually being a princess who was also half goat
their mother was locked away in like a castle dungeon and there was a garden and pub scene

I really wish I could find it again
