PARAMORE!!

"> Paramore (not Paramour) is an American rock band, that used to be emo.

In this blog entry I'll try to teach the people how want to learn about them!!

Paramore started recording and making their album, all we know is falling, in the year 2004. At that time the members were:

Hayley Williams

Josh and Zac Farro (brothers)

Jeremy Davis.

They all met at high school. The album was officially released on July 26 2005. The hit tracks in this album are Emergency and Pressure, these two songs are also the only songs in the album with music videos- they're available on YouTube and free to watch!

The next thing that Paramore released was 'The Summer Tic' EP. This isn't very known because it's not found on Paramore's music channels but it's in some other YouTube channels. This EP was released June 18 2006

In 2007, Paramore released their hit album RIOT! This album is one of the reasons why they're famous right now! Thanks to Misery Business and crushcrushcrush. The overall album made them more successful also Taylor York helping them in some songs and concerts helped them alot! Paramore also released a deluxe version of RIOT! That has 2 demo songs and 1 LIVE recording. The demo songs are Rewind and Stop This Song (Lovesick Melody). In that same year, Paramore covered My Hero by Foo Fighters, they even did an electronic remix!

After Paramore touring in the RIOT! album, they released 'The Final Riot!', which is basically a LIVE recorded album with a new song called 'Decoy'.

Then, Paramore released I Caught Myself and Decode for the movie Twilight .In the following year Taylor officially joined the band :D

The next album is Brand New Eyes, which was released in September 2009. Brand Mew Eyes also made Paramore more successful, it had their hit tracks Brick By A Boring Brick, Decode and The Only Exception. These songs were very important in emo culture! This is why they're very famous. They also released a deluxe version with acoustic versions of some songs on the album

In 2010, Josh and Zac Farro left the band. There has been rumours of Josh leaving because Hayley cheated on him with her ex-husband Chad Gilbert. And Zac of course needs to support his brother so he left too. Only Hayley, Taylor and Jeremy left but Hayley and Taylor used to work the hardest. They said Jeremy 'was too lazy'.

In 2011, Paramore released the Singles Club EP. It has 3 tracks which kind of had a new style! Different from their style in their older albums and EPs.

In 2013, this is when Paramore had a complete new style. It was very happy and cheerful! You may already know the song Still Into You from it, from their self titled album. This album was a whole new change for Paramore. New style, new vibe. This era was very cheerful! They even broke World Guinness Records in that album, according to the music video of Ain't It Fun.

Paramore took a big break. Band member leaving exiting, law suits, concerts , divorce ... Zac came back in Paramore and Jeremy left because he didn't claim his royalties to a single song he wrote.

Paramore came back with an awesome new album. After Laughter, in the spring of 2017. The hits of the albums were Rose colored Boy, Hard Times and Fake Happy.

Then Paramore took a larger break due to COVID and some other difficulties. Bit they came back in 2023 with This Is Why! The album was released February 10 2023 and they released a remix album in the same year with a new song, Sanity.
