Shellfish, particularly crustaceans. My top two choices are lobster and crab; they're so good on their own that they don't even need seasoning. A few years ago someone taught me how to open the shells with only a butter knife, which is fun. It's also much more filling because it forces me to eat slowly. In third place: poached shrimp.
Also amazing: sashimi.
