LITTLE BSD RANT ABOUT HIGUCHI

OKAY SO HERE IS A LITTLE RANT ABOUT HIGUCHI ICHIYO AND HOW I THINK SHE WILL HAVE A BIGGER PART IN BSD:

Everyone knows that higuchi is akutagawas coworker or whatever but that’s what people really know her for and doesn’t really look into her character and how much potential it has.

As a big higuchi fan I personally looked into her real life authors background and she has a big part in modern feminism such as literature. Itd be a shame if asagiri didn’t use her character to her full potential and not to mention higuchi was added to a 5,000 yen bill to honor her memory (created in 2004) she was the first women to be depicted on a Japanese bill and from that alone really shows how highly regarded she was in the literature industry.

It’s also shown in the manga that she has never had one of those character sheets that talks about their interests and their powers and stuff like that. From that I believe she does have an ability but it just wasn’t shown yet, especially since she is one of the “first” conflicts we get to see in the show I think she will have a good part to do with the story and I forgot to say she had a respected relationship in real life with mori which I think isn’t something to just put to the side so that’s why I think higuchi will have something bigger to do with the story and that her ability will be a good one (I hope)

End of rant: I really hope higuchi will get more recognition in the fandom and from asagiri himself and I also hope he won’t waste the opportunity for her character.
