Does this sound like POTS?

Around the end of my last semester at college I started getting some very silly symptoms, I was throwing up, getting the most intense vertigo of my life, etc. I ignored it for a while as it was rather infrequent (every couple of weeks I'd have some issue) but there was a point when I was in my psychology class and we had to stand up for something and I got so dizzy my vision started  blacking out, then I got wobbly and I was hit with the most insane wave of nausea I've ever felt. I nearly ran out of the class to get to the bathroom but I couldn't make it in time so I had to barf in a trascan in the hallway, after that these events happened nearly everyday. I realized that the dizziness only happens when I stand so I figured it might have something to do with my heart, for a month or so I measured my heart rate sitting and standing every morning and just randomly throughout the day. I am always around 74 sitting but apon standing it goes up to 136ish, highest I have recorded is 180, I was recording with both my phone and a heart and blood pressure device my mother had.

I finally did more research on pots and realized I had more symptoms such as salt craviving,  pulsatile tinnitus, dizziness in showers, tension headaches and migraines, air hunger ( I feel like I can replenish enough oxygen while breathing and cant ever finish my yawns), nights sweats and hot flashes, always cold, random rashes and hives, tunnel vision, and more.

This finally concerned me enough to go to a doctor, I know for pots its best to see a neurologist to diagnose but I could only get into a cardiologist. They didn't do any tilt table test or anything just a stress test and holter monitor, but I was wondering if anyone with pots had advice or could even tell me if this actually sounds like pots.

For some extra context I already have a few other diagnosed autoimmune diseases, and a family history of tachycardia, and I guess that might increase susceptibility.

also I'm writing this really late so sorry if there are grammar or coherence issues.
